Sharon has a remarkable ability to connect organizational goals with the human experience. While working together to launch a new academic program, I saw firsthand her ability to build the systems, relationships, and culture necessary for people to succeed. She consistently brought ahuman-centered perspective to complex institutional challenges and translated that insight into practical strategies that strengthened both the program and the people it served.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY BE ASKING

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes The SHARED Humanity Framework™ different from traditional DEI or culture training?

The SHARED Humanity Framework™ goes beyond traditional training by addressing leadership, relationships, organizational culture, and the systems that shape people’s workplace experiences. The focus is on creating healthier environments where people and performance can thrive.

We’ve already invested in leadership or culture initiatives. How is this different?

The SHARED Humanity Framework™ is designed to strengthen, not replace, an organization’s existing strategic work. Sharon’s approach brings together leadership, organizational development, systems thinking, facilitated dialogue, trust-building, accountability, and culture transformation.

Is The SHARED Humanity Framework™ political?

No. The SHARED Humanity Framework™ is values-based rather than politically driven. It focuses on dignity, trust, accountability, relationships, belonging, communication, and organizational effectiveness.

Is this conflict resolution?

Conflict resolution is one component. The framework goes beyond resolving disagreements by helping organizations transform the conditions that create repeated conflict.

Do we have to commit to a long-term engagement?

No. CTW offers options ranging from individual sessions and workshops to deeper organizational engagements. The right starting point depends on your organization’s needs and goals.

Can the experience be customized for our organization?

Yes. Engagements can be customized around the organization’s people, challenges, goals, and stage of transformation rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Where do we start if we aren’t sure what we need?

Start with the FREE SHARED Humanity Snapshot™ or schedule a 30-minute consultation. These provide an initial opportunity to identify what may be happening within your organization and determine an appropriate next step.
